Navigate to our website: TeamLogicITNC.com and select the remote support tab. Then select the Remote Support 1 sub-tab.

Inter in the code given by the assisting technician and press the arrow button to connect. If the arrow button does not light up green you have the wrong code.

Depending on your browsers configuration, you may get a popup asking you where you want to save the file. Just save it to the default location (Downloads) or anywhere else you like. Then you will need to run the downloaded application.
Chrome:
The download will appear in the bottom left corner of the screen. Click on it and it should install and prompt you to allow it. Click run on the popup.

You should then get another popup asking if the program can make system changes. Click on yes
Firefox/Edge
The download will appear in the upper right corner. You may need to click on the download button for the popup with the download to appear like in the below screenshot.

Click on the ConnectWiseControl download and run is as shown in the large screenshot in the chrome section above. You will then need to click yes on the next popup to allow it to take control of the system
