In order to create a call handling rule from within ZAC, open the ZAC settings shown in the screenshot below.

Next, open the Call Handling Tab and Press the + icon to create a new rule.

Then create the rule that you wish the system to follow. The following example is a rule set to send callers directly to a special voicemail greeting to let them know I am at lunch. Please take note of each section to see everything that you can do to identify and direct different calls.
You can see that this particular rule directs every call that comes in within the time period of noon to 1 PM and sends that call to voicemail, where it will play a special lunch greeting that I recorded.

Once you are done configuring and naming the rule, be sure to click OK at the bottom and then Make sure it is checked (Enabled) and then applied.
