How to Set Up Voicemail Box – Desk Phone

First Time Setup

  1. On your desk phone, press the message button with the picture of the envelope. It will look like this 
  2. It will then prompt for your password. For first-time setup please dial the default password provided by TeamLogic.
  3. It will read the new password back to you and ask you to confirm.
  4. It will then ask to set your name. Once that is recorded it will play it back and ask you to confirm or redo it.
  5. It will then ask if you would like to record your greeting now or later. You may choose either option and if you choose to do it later people will receive an automated message stating “<Your recorded name> is not available. At the tone please record your message.”

After voicemail is set up.

  1. Press the message button 
  2. It will prompt for your password followed by #.
  3. You may then listen to the prompt to listen to voicemails or change settings
  4. Press 4 for more options.
  5. Press 2 to change name and greeting
  6. Press 1 to change your name or 2 to change your greeting
  7. If changing your greeting, select the slot to save it in <1-4>. You have 4 slots to save separate greetings. This can be used to freely switch between them when you go on vacation, are out of the office, or any other use case that may be applicable to your job.

Changing Active Greeting

  1. Log into voicemail using the voicemail button 
  2. Dial your password followed by #
  3. Select 4 for more options
  4. select 2 for name and greeting
  5. select 3 if you need to listen to your greetings to confirm the correct one. You can hit * to skip through the current greeting that is playing.
  6. Once you get back to the previous menu press 4 to select your active greeting.
  7. Select the slot number of the active greeting that you would like to select <1-4>
